Audit and Assurance

Statutory audits are for clients who require an audit for statutory reasons associated with the filing of their annual report and financial statements with SSM, in order to meet the requirement set by the Malaysian Companies Act.

Our audit assurance approach focuses on both the financial statements and business operations of an organisation. We are mindful that our role as auditors is to safeguard the shareholders’ interests.

The audit will be conducted in accordance with Malaysia Standards on Auditing, where auditors are required to plan and perform the audit to obtain reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements are free of material misstatements.

Taxation

As the Inland Revenue Board has been very strict on tax compliance, it is critical to engage professionals to provide tax services. We offer a broad range of taxation services to our clients to meet their tax compliance obligations and responsibilities. We also help clients identify tax planning opportunities and providing specialized tax services to minimize our clients’ tax liabilities within the existing tax regulations and frameworks.
